   Rick Browne Bio:

Rick Browne is the creator, host and executive producer of public television's Barbecue America TV series, and the Outdoor Channel's cooking series: Ready, Aim…Grill.

 

Books he’s authored include: The Big Book of BBQ Sides, Grilling America, The Frequent Fryer Cookbook, and The Barbecue America Cookbook.

 

Working on his next book: Barbecue Planet, and taping the 6th season of his BBQ TV series, appropriately subtitled: “Que The World,” will find Rick in Europe, Scandinavia, the UK, the Mediterranean, Asia, Africa, Central America, and South America in early 2006.

 

The book will be published by Ten Speed Press and will be released nationally in Spring of 2008.

 

He’s a columnist for Chile Pepper magazine, a nationally known barbecue & cooking expert, & a regular guest on Fox & Friends, the TODAY Show, Live with Regis & Kelly, & CNN, and has been recently featured in People Magazine, Bon Appetit, Consumers Digest, Good Housekeeping and USA Today.

 

His writing and photography has appeared in many major travel, feature, and food magazines worldwide.
