Chef Edward Leonard Bio:
Edward G. Leonard, CMC, AAC Edward G. Leonard is executive chef of Westchester Country Club, Rye, N.Y., and immediate past president of the American Culinary Federation. He is a member of the ICA-ACF Big Apple Chapter, and is vice president of the World Association of Chefs Societies. One of only 61 certified master chefs in the United States, he serves as manager of ACF Culinary Team USA 2008, the official representative team of the Unites States in major international culinary competitions. |
