    Katie Wilton Bio:

Katie Wilton was born in Buffalo, NY. She received a BA in Elementary Education from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. After a few years of teaching and developing a strong affinity for cooking by participating in local college cooking courses, Katie pursued a formal culinary education in Boston, MA. She received her Professional Chef’s Diploma from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in 1999. Katie is a member of: The American Institute of Wine & Food; The Culinary Guild of New England; and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.  Katie teaches at local community centers and after-school programs throughout New England. She has been featured by many local and national media including: Living it Up! With Ali & Jack, Chronicle, The Phantom Gourmet, The Boston Globe, and Parents and Kids Magazine.
