 Susan McKenna Grant Bio:

Susan attended Carleton University and co-founded Alias Research Inc., a world leader in computer graphics software. She retired in 1991, and spent several years traveling through Europe, and studied cooking, pastry and artisan bread baking. She and her husband own and operate ‘La Petraia”, where they are carefully restoring the Tuscan acreage to a working organic farm, winery and agriturismo. They offer accommodation and cooking classes to tourists.
