Bio:
Dr. Edward G. Leonard, CMC, AAC
Edward G. Leonard is executive chef of Westchester Country Club, Rye, N.Y., and immediate past president of the American Culinary Federation. He is a member of the ICA-ACF Big Apple Chapter, and is vice president of the World Association of Chefs Societies. One of only 61 certified master chefs in the United States, he served as manager of ACF Culinary Team USA 2008, the official representative team of the Unites States in major international culinary competitions. Edward has won several Cordon d' Or Culinary Academy Awards. In 2007, he was nominated and elected to win the Academy of the Culinary Arts Culinary Hall of Fame Academy Award. Also, in 2007, his book Club Cuisine won the Illustrated Cookbook won the Culinary Academy Award.
