He is an active  member of the ACF –American Culinary Federation, and the AAC – American Academy of Chefs.  This year, Charles is a double Culinary Academy Award Winner. Another of his excellent Culinary Literature books was entered for the Awards, and won.

Steve has expanded his horizons in a very short time span,  to include five more restaurants in the mix. The latest ‘Café Gala’ opened a month ago at the new Dali Museum premises. The Menu is designed and intended to evoke Dali’s Spanish roots.
