Ginny Marcin

For many years, Ginny worked at the Campbell Soup Company World Headquarters, in Camden, NJ, where she familiarized herself with the myriad aspects of the food industry, from agriculture and manufacturing to marketing and consumer trends. In recent years, she has turned to establishing a successful career as a freelance writer and PR consultant. Ginny has work published in several culinary and educational magazines. Her entry in to the Culinary Article Award, was published in the summer of 2005 in the American Culinary Federation – ACF quarterly magazine. The publication called ‘Sizzle' is designed for Culinary Students. The very informative four page article titled: Extreme Sport - Culinary Study Abroad , gives students of cooking, who plan to travel and study abroad, a great head start. The ACF is so impressed with the impact that Ginny's article has created, that they plan to re-publish it in the December issue of their major publication, The National Culinary Review, which is read by over 18,000 Chefs nationwide, who are members of the American Culinary Federation.
