BIO:
Ignacio Urquiza
Ignacio is a noted photographer in Mexico, the United States, and across several European countries too. He has done extensive work for Nestle, McCormick, Kikkoman, Walmart and Kraft to name a few clients. He has produced many illustrated cookbooks and work in travel publications. Ignacio studied photography in Italy with Ernest Hass and other world-renowned photographers. He has won awards at the 2004 Gourmand World Cookbooks Awards in Europe.
