Special TV Show on RTE, featuring NOREEN and her Culinary Arts in Ireland.

MOULIN ROUGE - A celebration of color Created in
1974, to honor the flight of 'The Wild Geese in 1691' from Ireland to
France. The Treaty of Limerick gave Patrick Sarsfield and close to 20,000
Irish men, the option to sail to France, after losing their battles with
William of Orange and the British. They left Ireland, believing the Treaty
would be honored. History shows it was not honored. Today, several of
their descendants own successful vineyards throughout France.

THE JEWEL BOX Created in 1975 for Gilbeys of
Ireland. The Jewel Box is the first dessert to use the famous Baileys
Irish Cream liqueur, featured at the Gala night of Noreen's 'Culinary
Tour' at the Shelbourne in Dublin.

TASTE OF THE RAJ - Hot 'n' Spicy Buffet Presented
at the Culinary Tours throughout Ireland in 1974, to show what could be
done with popular produce available in the country, using the Irish taste
for 'curry' spices, which stems from the famine years, when curry powder
was made available to flavor the inedible food.

WINTER WONDERLAND
Created in 1961, and presented at a Food Trade Show in England in the
early 1970s.

CROWN OF GLORY
A traditional and popular international dish featuring an crown of Irish
lamb, with sauteed Irish potatoes and a selection of popular Irish vegetables.

GAMMON OF THE ISLES Limerick Ham, presented at the
inaugural dinner of the 'Irish Gourmet Society' in 1976, accompanied by
Irish Potato Salad, Caesar Salad, and a delicious dessert of Caramel Apple
and Irish Cream

OCEAN FANTASY & TROPICAL SUNSETS
Created in 1995 in Florida at the launch of the cookbook 'Cordon d'Or
Cuisine - Gold Ribbon Cookery'

VICTORIANA
An 'old fashioned' style of dessert,
modernized. Created in 1995 in Florida, to celebrate
the launch of the cookbook 'Cordon d'Or Cuisine - Gold Ribbon Cookery'.
It is symbolic of blending a traditional cuisine with a new cuisine.

CORNUCOPIA - The Horn of Plenty An abundance of the
excellent top quality fruits and vegetables available in Ireland today.
