BIOS:
Young Mo is a celebrated author, and President of the Korean Bakers Association. He is the recipient of numerous international awards. He lives in Seoul, Korea. In 2004, Young Mo was selected as a judge for the 2004 and 2005 World Pastry Team Championships, as well as the Seoul International Bakery Fair. His latest book is the first to be published in English. A Collection of Fine Baking is the first book to illuminate the world of Asian-French fusion baking, a trend soon to sweep the world. These days, Young Mo divides his time between teaching at several colleges, and conducting his own classes for at-home bakers. He is the star of several television baking shows in South Korea. His first bakery opened in Seoul in 1982. Today, he has several highly successful bakeries in Korea.
Yoon Yeom
Yoon is a highly successful professional Photographer, Illustrator and Graphic Designer.
He collaborated with Young Mo Kim on the book A Collection of Fine Baking , and his work is very impressive. Yoon is based in New Jersey these days, but his work takes him everywhere.
